CNC: The company employs state-of-the-art 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines (CNC Mills and CNC Lathes) to manufacture metal and composite materials to client specifications. Catamount Machine Works provides turnkey solutions from prototyping, engineering, CAD, and production.
Wire EDM: Our precision Wire EDM can cut intricate contours or cavities in pre-hardened steel or metal alloy such as titanium, hastelloy, kovar, and inconel, without the need for heat treatment to soften and re-harden them. Catamount Machine Works has a team of Wire EDM experts with years of experience.
